we are a family run, independent cocktail bar taking inspiration from malvern’s rich history and the ‘healing power’ of malvern spring water.
the water cure was first started in 1842 by Dr James Wilson and Dr James Gully, and focused on treating people with the pure malvern water and fresh country air. the ‘cure’ drew people from all over, including many famous faces which have been the inspiration for our signature cocktails.

our bespoke water cure cocktails, inspired by malvern's rich history and the healing power of malvern spring water, pay homage to famous faces drawn to the beautiful hills, each cocktail inspired by their stories.
our wine selection highlights small, independent producers practicing organic or biodynamic farming, minimal intervention in the cellar, and often featuring minimal or no sulphites added and unfiltered options. emphasising authenticity and quality while respecting the environment, we support these winemakers who pour their love and dedication into their craft
do we need to book?
please note we are walk-in only unless you are a group of 7+ and would like to book one of our private rooms. we do not take bookings for the main room.
pink room: enjoy exclusive gatherings in our pink room suitable for 7-13 guests
function room: host larger events in our function room for up to 60 people.
